Q: If a package is not exactly what I need, may I add or subtract services?

• Yes, but note the weight of some services are heavier than others so substitutions are made at the discretion of My Sorted Affair.

Q: Can I change packages if my needs change?

• Yes, you are free to upgrade your package within a reasonable amount of time from the event, applying your paid deposit to your new package price. If it is necessary to downgrade, there will be a 25 percent service charge added from the original package.

Q: If something is not listed on service list would you still be able to help?

• Of course, just ask! My Sorted Affair will always do its’ best to provide any custom services that are requested .

Q: My event is out of town, can you still provide the same services as you would here in Bakersfield?

• Yes, we do travel, and, if necessary, we will make arrangements within your package to take the party wherever you need it to be.
