• Make sure that everything runs smoothly by staying in touch with vendors and service providers.
• Be on hand on your wedding day to see that all services and details proceed as planned. (e.g., the tent is set up correctly, the cake is the one ordered, the flowers arrive, and the service personnel know what is expected.)
• Deal with any emergencies that occur.
