For the couples who have already booked their vendors and need help at their rehearsal and on their wedding day. Services begin 2-months prior to Wedding Day.
- PLANNING
- Three (up to 6 hours) face-to-face planning meetings to discuss wedding details
- Unlimited consultation via telephone and email
- Venue walk through
- Etiquette advisement
- Communicate with all wedding vendors
- Review all wedding vendor contracts
- Create detailed wedding day timeline for wedding party
- Distribute final timeline to all vendors week of wedding
- Marriage license information
- Orchestrate wedding rehearsal up to [ 2 ] hours
- Collection of all ceremony and reception Items from the wedding party during rehearsal
- WEDDING DAY
- Coordination of wedding up to [ 8 ] Hours
- Provide one wedding day assistant
- [ 6 ] hours Manage set-up of both the ceremony and reception sites
- Placement of escort cards, guest book and wedding favors
- Review final set-up before guest arrival
- Greet and direct on-site vendors and their representatives
- Assist wedding party with flowers and other needs
- Welcome and assist your guests with seating
- Line up wedding party, cue musicians, and escort late arriving guests to available seats
- Coordinate all protocol events during the reception Distribute final payments and/or gratuities to vendors on your behalf
- Supervise transfer of gifts to designated family member, room, and/or vehicle Marriage license information

For the couple who has some of their planning done but would like additional assistance with design & deĢcor concepts, timelines, and vendor selections while still being a part of the process.
- PLANNING
- Includes everything in the Bella package, plus:
- Three additional face-to-face planning meetings (12 hours total). Meetings are based on client’s individual needs and may include but are not limited to: event design, attending vendor appointments, timeline, and budget development
- Theme development and design
- Personal reminders and checklists
- Venue referrals for both ceremony and reception locations
- Vendor referrals
- Assistance with Invitation, Stationery, Favor and Gift Selection
- Assistance with menu selection at menu tasting at venue or with caterer
- Assistance with hotel accommodations
- WEDDING DAY
- Includes everything in the Bella package, plus:
- 1 additional hour of Wedding Day coordination (9 hours total)
- Wedding day emergency kit
