Under the direction of Therese Dozier, My Sorted Affair produces an unmatched approach to party and wedding planning.  Therese brings years of party and wedding planning experience to the table. Beginning in college at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, Therese worked as event coordinator for many of the cultural events sponsored by the school's Multicultural Center. She developed her expertise in event planning by bringing in nationally recognized speakers and organizing week-long events such as film festivals. 

Therese's attention to detail was mastered while planning her own wedding on a very limited budget.  After many parties, events and much research, Therese has followed her passion to bring you My Sorted Affair.

Our intimate boutique sensibility provides a greater attention to the tiniest detail.  We want to make a unique, innovative experience, not a formulated routine. We understand what makes a truly good party or wedding planner -- transcending trends, appreciating tradition, an ever-listening ear, and averting crisis with diplomatic negotiation, knowing when to speak up as well as staying quiet.
